We are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable and well-regarded pre-preparatory school, located in NW London, between Camden and Brent.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Teaching Assistant to join their permanent team starting this January.

The Role, Hours, and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time contract on a term-time-only basis, meaning you benefit from all school holidays off. The working day is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. The successful candidate will start in January.
As a vital team member, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering creative activities aligned with the EYFS Framework, assuming Key Person responsibility, accurately monitoring children’s progress, and collaborating proactively with the Class Teacher.
For this sought-after role, the school is offering a highly competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £29,000 per annum (pro-rata for term-time working), commensurate with experience gained within a high-calibre London pre-prep setting.

We seek polished and professional individuals with a genuine passion for early years education who meet the following essential criteria:
* You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* You possess proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
* You have exceptional working knowledge of the EYFS framework and a commitment to child-led learning.
* You demonstrate high standards of presentation, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to safeguarding.
