Early Years Practitioner | Enfield | Level 2/3 Qualified | £13.69-£15.87 per hour | Immediate Start

Reeson Education is recruiting a skilled Early Years Practitioner to work in a welcoming and well-resourced early years provision in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early education and supporting children at this crucial stage of development.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll work with children aged 0-5, helping them explore, learn, and thrive through play-based activities. The setting has strong leadership, excellent resources, and a collaborative team who will support you in your role.

Role Details for the Early Years Practitioner:

Pay: £13.69-£15.87 per hour

Location: Enfield, Edmonton, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Contract: Long-term, with opportunities for a permanent role

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:

Deliver high-quality early years learning experiences

Support children with communication, social interaction, and independence

Prepare resources and help create an inspiring learning environment

Assist with assessments, observations, and planning

Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure children's needs are met

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is mandatory

Previous early years or nursery experience highly desirable

Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures

Warm, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young children

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
