Reeson Education is recruiting dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to support EYFS departments and nurseries across Enfield on a flexible daily supply basis. This role is perfect for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who loves early years education and enjoys working across a variety of settings while choosing their own working days.

Schools in Edmonton, Enfield Town, Southgate, Winchmore Hill and Palmers Green regularly require experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to support early learning, social development, early phonics, sensory play and children with additional needs. As a flexible Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children feel settled, engaged and supported.

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Job Details

Daily Rate: £82.14-£100

Start: Immediate

Working Pattern: Flexible daily supply

Location: Enfield

Contract: Term-time only

What an Early Years Teaching Assistant Will Do

Support learning through play, structured activities and early curriculum work

Assist with language development, early number work and social skills

Provide nurturing support to children with additional needs including autism, speech delays and SEMH

Help maintain a positive, organised and child-friendly EYFS setting

Build rapport quickly and adapt to different schools and nursery teams

Requirements for an Early Years Teaching Assistant

Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant in a nursery or school

Understanding of child development and EYFS practice

Warm, patient and proactive personality

Strong communication and reliability

Flexibility to work across multiple Enfield schools
