English Teacher – Secondary Schools (Northamptonshire)
Locations: Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough & Rushden
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled English Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience desirable but not essential)

Inspire students to develop a love for literature, language, and learning

Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum standards

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress and wellbeing

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature

Excellent classroom management skills
