Location: Leicestershire, LE19
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm 
Pay: £13 - £14 per hour

About the Company:

A manufacturing business based in South Leicestershire are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Yard Worker to join their team. As a Factory Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the factory yard, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

The Factory Yard Worker Role:

Managing goods in and out
Operating a counterbalance forklift
Driving the company van and general labour tasks
Keeping the yard and factory floor clean
Sorting waste into the correct containers
Unloading lorries with sheet materials and organizing storage in the factory
Assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
Performing basic maintenance tasks
Following all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment 

About You:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Valid counterbalance forklift operator certification
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
