Fast Fit Branch Manager Vacancy in High Wycombe

£37,000 Basic Salary / £50,000 OTE
Company Car / Car Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Competitive Annual Leave
Sign On Bonus
Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm 
Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm (3 Out Of 4 Monthly) / Day Off In Week In Lieu
NO Sundays

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Fit Branch Manager at their busy High Wycombe location.

Managing all daily operations at the High Wycombe branch to ensure smooth service delivery
Achieving branch financial targets and controlling costs
Leading, mentoring, and developing the fast-fit team to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
Dealing with customer enquiries in person, via phone, and online to maintain excellent service standards
Monitoring and managing stock levels effectively
Posting hands-on workshop support when required
Recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new team members to build a strong workforceCandidate Profile for the Fast Fit Branch Manager:

Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
Strong knowledge of tyres, routine mechanical work, and customer service principles
Outstanding leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
