General Construction Operative’s

4 months contract

£14.60 per hour

Four vacancies have arisen for General Construction Operative’s that hold a valid Driver’s license to work within Repairs & Construction Services.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are capable of working alone as well as part of a multi skilled team.

You will be responsible for driving a fleet vehicle in accordance with FTA and undertaking a range of Laboring tasks including Delivering materials, Clearing property’s, Cleaning property’s, reinstating Gardens to their original state, and waste collections.

Reporting to a Repairs & Construction Manager within, Voids or R&M Sections you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including minor refurbishments ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
