Job Description

Are you a seasoned hospitality leader passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? 
 Key Responsibilities:
  
Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team. 
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory. 
Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment. 
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards. 
Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. 
Collaborate with the culinary team on menus and maintain high standards of food quality and service. 
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.  Requirements:
  
Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, ideally as General Manager or Restaurant Manager. 
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. 
Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
