Job Description

Healthcare Workers provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. They work closely with nurses and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

    Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

  * 

    Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.

  * 

    Observe and report any changes in a patient’s physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.

  * 

    Support patients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).

  * 

    Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including changing linens and cleaning patient areas.

  * 

    Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to patients.

  * 

    Assist with feeding and hydration according to care plans.

  * 

    Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.

  * 

    Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
