An Interim Employee Relations Specialist to:
- Manage complex ER casework that are outstanding
- Focus on sickness absence and high volume of grievances
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Provide suggestions and improvements on how to resolve challenges and processes
- Coach and advise managers on casework and confidence in managing difficult situations to prevent escalation
- Deal with cases in a timely and professional manor
- Work at pace
- Provide coaching and training to managers
Profile
A Interim Employee Relations Specialist with:
- Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinarians
- Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable
- Previous HE or private sector experience essential
- Strong data management and reporting ability
- Ability to work at pace and in a commercial way
