Interim Internal Recruiter | Onsite | up to £50k | London | Full-Time | Retail

Are you an experienced, hands-on internal recruiter with a solid background in retail, hospitality, or leisure? We're seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in high-volume recruitment, excels in stakeholder engagement, and loves being at the heart of on-site operations.

12 month Fixed term contract starting December 2025

Key Experience Required:

- 4+ years of internal recruitment experience

- Proven success in fast-paced environments like Retail, Leisure, or Hospitality

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates

- Fully committed to an on-site role with flexibility

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and has a proven ability to quickly fill positions. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
