We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Internal Sales Account Manager to join a well-established international business based in Berkhamsted.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within Internal Sales, Account Management and even someone with the right attitude and character who's worked within Sales Support or similar roles.
If you enjoy building relationships, aren't shy about speaking with customers over the phone and love helping onboard new customers and sell a product/service, get in touch!
This is a new role which has come about due to the company going through some new changes to their internal CRM and a change of workflow which is most likely going to lead to most of their new customer enquiries going through the Berkhamsted team.
Initially this is going to be a temporary role to come in and support the team for the coming 4+ months, although it's already been spoken about that there is going to be good potential of this role going permanent for the right person.
The role will be fully based out of the Berkhamsted offices (free parking on site), working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
With this being a temp role initially, you'll be paid weekly every Friday and it will be at an hourly rate which is the equivalent of the minimum salary this position would pay, £30,500.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
Using HubSpot daily
Dealing with leads and enquiries daily - Reactive basis, responding to inbound leads
You'll be working very closely with the local engineering team and they are on hand to provide immediate technical support for customer enquiries
Building and nurturing relationships with all current and new customers, understanding their needs and offering the best solutions
Managing multiple communication chains via email, telephone and online portals
Preparation of quotations and follow up documents for all customersWhat We're Looking For
Someone experienced in developing and managing customer relationships and any form of consultative work, sales or upselling as part of these relationships
Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
A real team player - You're working alongside a team but also work closely with technical engineers who support regularly with quotations and solutions
Any prior experience dealing with a manufacturing or technical service would be advantageous, but not essential, full training provided on the product
