Job Description

JCA are looking for a full time administrator to work between 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday), hybrid set up but does have to come into Stevenage office (Solar House, Kings Way, Stevenage, SG1 2UA) at least once a week (ideally would be 2 days if possible)

Other duties will be to:

Carry out the administration of day to day planning, scheduling and resourcing of direct and indirect labour resources in order to achieve effective and efficient completion of planned maintenance works.

Input and maintain operational and financial data within CAFM, Financial and CRM platforms.

Ownership of the progress and completion of work order workflows from inception through to invoice status.

Ownership of the progress and completion of quoted works workflows from inception through to invoice status.

Production of reports and other documentation required to support the contract management and supervisory teams

Must have a maintenance background or strong scheduling experience.

Pay rate is £15.86 per hour
