Developing and maintaining PFMEA, control plans and work instructions to keep processes robust
Reviewing existing processes to boost safety, quality and cost efficiency
Leading the rollout of new processes and ensuring operators are fully trained
Using data and root-cause tools to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve KPIs
Applying lean and kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement projects
Supporting tooling, fixture and equipment decisions to keep production running smoothly
What you’ll bring to the table as a Manufacturing Engineer

Previous experience working with core manufacturing processes
Confident use of lean tools, CI methods and problem-solving techniques
Strong data analysis skills across KPIs such as OEE, TAKT and cycle times
Six Sigma training and proven project management capability
Experience with PFMEA, A3/Kaizen, Poka Yoke and cost-reduction techniques
Working hours: 08:00-16:00
