Metal Finisher – Automotive / Motorsport

 Location: Coventry

 TXM Recruit are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer to hire an experienced Metal Finisher. You’ll be part of a skilled team, correcting and refining high-quality metal components for cosmetic and A-surface applications.

 Key Responsibilities
Grinding, sanding, filing and correcting metal components using hand and power tools.

Identifying and repairing defects such as dents, scratches and surface imperfections.

Performing hammer and dolly work when required.

Finishing parts to a high cosmetic standard suitable for bright metal polishing.

Working efficiently within a busy production environment.

Following all Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements
Proven experience in metal finishing within automotive or similar high-quality production.

Strong understanding of cosmetic requirements and finishing techniques.

Ability to deliver consistent, high-standard surface finishes.
