 Location: Coventry

 TXM Recruit are supporting a leading automotive manufacturer in the search for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker. This role focuses on producing high-quality automotive panels using traditional and modern fabrication techniques.

 Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing and shaping panels using sheet metal tools and techniques.

Reading and working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.

Joining components using welding, riveting, bonding, and TIG methods.

Operating workshop machinery (guillotines, pan benders, grinders, etc.).

Hand forming panels and developing blanks/forms to meet customer standards.

Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety procedures.

Requirements
Time-served Sheet Metal Worker (essential).

Strong sheet metal, fitting, and fabrication skills.

Proficient with standard metalworking hand tools and workshop machinery.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and meet high-quality finish requirements.
