Multi Skilled Fitter

Hours: Days only role - Monday - Thursday (4 Day Working Week!)

Hourly rate: Up to £35,800 per annum

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for electrical and hydraulic systems? Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Multi Skilled Fitter to join their team in Worksop.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Read and interpret engineering drawings.

  * Carry out electrical and hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly.

  * Take ownership of your own quality and workmanship.

  * Support team members and assist with planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

  * Be flexible and willing to move between departments as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  * Training in fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

  * Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  * Working to takt times.

  * Able to read and understand engineering build specifications.

  * Available for overtime during the week and occasional Fridays/weekends
