Overview
A fast-growing and innovative digital brand is seeking a talented and motivated Paid Ads Specialist to join its dynamic marketing team. This role involves creating engaging campaign content, analysing performance data, monitoring trends, and collaborating with creative teams to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the company’s paid advertising campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms, while also utilising other channels such as Google Ads and TikTok. You’ll play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting retention through strategic and results-driven marketing initiatives.

Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta or similar digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Plan, develop, and manage paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

  * 

    Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including click-through and conversion rates.

  * 

    Align campaigns with company objectives, focusing on achieving optimal cost per acquisition (CPA).

  * 

    Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and messaging.

  * 

    Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  * 

    Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Key Skills & Attributes

  * 

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  * 

    Proven track record in paid media management.

  * 

    Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.

  * 

    Working knowledge of marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and Microsoft Office.

    Strong analytical ability and confidence working with multiple data sets.

  * 

    Strategic and creative thinker with attention to detail.
