Requirements for the role:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or Level 3 in Education
Experience supporting and teaching children within a classroom
Understanding of Catholic liturgy and traditions within school life (desirable but not required).
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Creativity in lesson delivery to engage and motivate pupils.
Confident in providing support to those with disabilities.
Organised and able to prepare engaging resources.
