Private Luxury Travel & Business Development Manager - Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic lead for ultra-luxury travel consulting, overseeing high-value client relationships and bespoke itinerary design
Drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals
Lead consultative sales efforts, converting complex enquiries into high-margin bookings
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage elite travel audiences
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Collaborate with leadership on revenue goals, client segmentation, and service innovation
Maintain deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and partnerships to deliver cutting-edge experiences
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and service excellence
Private Luxury Travel & Business Development Manager - Skills & Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years experience in ultra-luxury travel, with a focus on high-touch service
Proven success in developing new business pipelines and converting UHNW leads into loyal clients
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation
Expertise in luxury marketing, including campaign design and implementation
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills across both client and supplier networks
Deep familiarity with elite destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations
Highly proactive, organised, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
Comfortable working independently and influencing at senior levels
