Product Manager

Salary: Circa £55k (doe)
Experienced Product manager required to join a new and exciting business the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and mentor a small, high-performing product team, introduce structure and process where needed, and contribute directly to shaping the next phase of the business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll also work closely with the management team and lead day-to-day product operations ensuring delivery remains smooth and stable.

Build and develop the product function, including recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a team to support ongoing delivery.
Establish and maintain an internal Product Hub, a single source of truth for all product-related documentation, updates, and specifications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
Support roadmap and backlog management, prioritising work in collaboration with developers, designers, and client success teams.
Collaborate with development, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver features that drive player engagement and client satisfaction.
Monitor market and competitor trends, identifying actionable insights to inform future product direction and client opportunities..
Your experience and skills must include some these…
In the region of 3+ years of experience in a product management or related role, ideally within a B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery cycles, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and commercial teams.
Experience building or mentoring small teams, introducing process and structure to improve product delivery and cross-department collaboration.
Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain detailed product specs, client configurations, and internal knowledge bases.
Awareness of industry trends, compliance practices, and platform integrations.
