Portsmouth, Hampshire Up to £85,000 DOE

The Opportunity

Step up and take charge of a £30m landmark residential development in Portsmouth. Over 180 units — a mix of new build homes and conversion projects — all under your leadership. This is your chance to deliver a career-defining scheme with impact.

What You’ll Do

  * 

    Own the project: from groundworks to handover

  * 

    Lead teams & drive delivery: contractors, consultants, stakeholders

  * 

    Keep it tight: budgets, timelines, quality — all on point

  * 

    Make it happen: ensure compliance, safety, and excellence every step

What We’re Looking For

  * 

    Proven Project Manager with large-scale residential experience (£20m+)

  * 

    Strong communicator and leader who thrives under pressure

  * 

    Track record in both conversion and new build projects

  *
