Project Manager – Security Systems

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £48,000 | 🕒 Full-Time (40 hrs, Mon–Fri)

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of high-value security projects? We’re looking for a driven professional to lead and deliver mid-sized projects (£200k–£1m), overseeing everything from tender review through to final handover.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise in CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems will make a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Take full ownership of the project lifecycle—from planning to delivery and handover

Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor teams to ensure successful outcomes

Work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams

Ensure compliance with NSI, BAFE, and British Standards

Act as the main point of contact for clients—professional, proactive, and solutions-focused

Oversee site activity, ensuring health & safety, quality, and progress targets are met

✅ What You’ll Bring

Proven experience delivering electronic security projects (£200k–£1m+)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire/security project environments

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems

Solid understanding of NSI, BAFE, and relevant industry standards

Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with confidence

Strong stakeholder and subcontractor management experience
