Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in NN8. The role involves reworking products, wrapping pallets, labelling stock, and supporting general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Carry out rework tasks including sorting, repacking, and quality checking products

  * 

    Wrap pallets securely using manual or automated pallet-wrapping equipment

  * 

    Accurately label products, boxes, and pallets according to company requirements

  * 

    Prepare orders for dispatch and support goods-in / goods-out processes

  * 

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  * 

    Follow all health & safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

  * 

    Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements

  * 

    Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential

  * 

    Ability to lift and move products safely

  * 

    Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  * 

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

  * 

    Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks

  * 

    Basic English reading/writing for labels and instructions
