Children’s Safeguarding Social Worker job in Northamptonshire.

HOURS: This is a Full time role (36 hours per week), Hybrid

In this role, you will play a vital part in protecting and promoting the welfare of children and young people. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective interventions to safeguard children and support families experiencing crisis. You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partner agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.

You will be delivering social work services in line with all legal, statutory, and professional requirements of Northamptonshire Children’s Trust. As a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will ensure that children and young people are protected, their welfare safeguarded, and that all work is completed to a high professional standard.

Social Worker Requirements

- Proven experience in working with childrens services
- Current enhanced DBS Disclosure
- Compliance with DfE requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
- Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
