We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, innovative, ambitious, and caring person with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be dedicated to supporting the Leadership Team and will line manage the administration team, the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff, the caretaker and will support with health and safety and finance within the school and working with the wider organisation at Autism East Midlands.
Candidates are sought who can demonstrate a track record of successful management and particular aptitude for:
* Communication and relationship-building
* Attention to detail and effective time management for meeting deadlines
* Versatility in undertaking tasks and a good eye for prioritisation planning
* Leading, assessing and acting on Health and Safety management within an education setting.
The school office manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including the future line management of administrative staff.
They are also responsible for administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
They assist with all the planning and development of support services and working with the leadership team to ensure the school’s vision is implemented.
