Science Teacher – Short or Long-Term Cover in South Manchester

Are you a qualified Science teacher available for an exciting new opportunity in South Manchester? We’re working with secondary schools across Levenshulme, Stockport and Didsbury who are seeking short-term or long-term cover starting as soon as possible. Successful candidates will have experience working in secondary schools and have a PGCE or SCITT qualifications.

About the Role:

Full time Science teaching position: KS3 and KS4
Pay will be dependent upon experience and pay scale: MPS1 – UPS3

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Long-term roles include additional responsibilities including planning and marking
Work collaboratively with experienced departments
Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Is adaptable, reliable, and confident with classroom management
Available for immediate start (flexible durations)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
