Salary: £90- £110 a day (experience dependent)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support in welcoming and inclusive schools across Gateshead. Here, you will be supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping students reach their full potential!

The Role:

Providing small group, and 1:1 support to SEND students
Assisting the class teacher with any student learning support
Helping pupils achieve socially and academically
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous teaching experience working with SEN children (desired but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and compassion towards students with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
