SEN KS2 Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 Behaviour Mentor (Hackney)

Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with SEN in a Hackney primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially.

Role Highlights:

Deliver 1:1 learning and behaviour support for a KS2 pupil with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs

Implement personalised strategies to encourage positive behaviour and engagement

Support classroom activities and learning interventions

Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to track progress and adapt support

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting SEN pupils in primary settings

Can manage challenging behaviour with patience and consistency

Is confident in delivering structured learning and behaviour strategies

Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
