SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School

Location: Sheffield 
 Salary: £90 – £115 (Pay dependant on experience)

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Our inclusive and friendly Primary School is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional support to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support for children with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
Assist teachers with lesson planning and differentiated learning resources
Support children’s social and emotional development
Implement behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans
Requirements:

Previous experience in an SEN role within education (desirable but not essential)
A compassionate and patient nature
Excellent interpersonal skills
A commitment to inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
