Service Advisor – Bexhill
💰 £28,000–£30,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Bexhill.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while earning strong bonus potential.

What’s on offer:

  * £28,000–£30,000 basic salary

  * Realistic OTE of £35,000

  * 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

The role:

  * Booking vehicles in for service and repair

  * Keeping customers updated throughout the process

  * Upselling additional work where appropriate

  * Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth job flow

What we’re looking for:

  * Previous Service Advisor experience

  * Strong communication and customer service skills

  * Organised and able to work under pressure

  * Motor trade experience essential
