About the Client

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading providers of perimeter security solutions, specializing in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of high-quality security fencing systems nationwide.

Roles/Responsibilities

Supervise on-site teams, including direct staff and subcontractors
Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
Support the Contracts Manager in coordinating daily site operations
Monitor progress and report on project status, delays, or issues
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout projects
Assist with material coordination, deliveries, and site logistics
Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on trackQualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction or fencing
Knowledge of security fencing/gates is highly desirable
CSCS card required; SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Full UK driving license preferredBenefits
