Job Description

Electrical Supervisor – Engineering Services

We’re recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering high-quality maintenance across a busy contract.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across both planned and reactive works.

Key responsibilities:

  * 

    Supervise a team of static and mobile engineers

  * 

    Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time

  * 

    Deliver works in line with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements

  * 

    Provide technical support during breakdowns and emergency situations

  * 

    Act as the first point of contact for site operations and team-related matters

What you’ll be doing:

  * 

    Managing engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery

  * 

    Overseeing compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards

  * 

    Maintaining CAFM systems and ensuring accurate job and asset data

  * 

    Supporting lifecycle and project works

  * 

    Carrying out audits and managing statutory maintenance activities

  * 

    Handling customer queries and supporting issue resolution

  * 

    Managing critical spares and maintenance planning

  * 

    Participating in on-call rota and emergency response planning

What we’re looking for:

  * 

    Strong electrical background with previous supervisory experience

  * 

    Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and SLAs

  * 

    Solid understanding of compliance, statutory regulations, and H&S

  * 

    Experience using CAFM systems

  * 

    Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
