Job description:
Temp Administrator. Horwich/Blackrod. Start immediately. £12.80 per hour.
Mon-Fri - 8am - 5pm.
Providing support within the Transport department team. Duties include;
* Taking calls from companies and residential customers
* Booking/Scheduling deliveries and putting them onto the system
* Organising permits
* Responding to emails
* Arranging collections on the system
* Dealing with any ad-hoc admin duties
To be successful, you will have administration experience and the ability to pick up new systems and roles quickly. Confidence on the phone handling inbound and outbound calls is essential.
