Art Teacher (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week) – Summer Term

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Christchurch to recruit a part-time Art Teacher for the summer term.
This is a 3-day per week role, teaching Art across KS3 and KS4. The school has a supportive department and is looking for someone who can inspire creativity and engage students of all abilities. The position is initially for the summer term, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity from September if it’s the right fit for both parties.
The Role:
Deliver Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons
Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and confidence
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching Art at secondary level
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for creativity and student development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
