The Post – Behaviour Mentor

For this behaviour mentor role, you must have experience working with children in primary phases, as well as have previous experience dealing with challenging behaviour. The school do not require behaviour mentors to have previous classroom experience, but it is preferred as you will be providing in class support as well as mentoring on 1:1 basis.

The School – SEMH school

This SEMH school is found in the leafy borough of Bromley and currently caters for 98 students between the ages of 7-13 years that have social, emotional and mental health needs. All students that attend this SEMH school have an EHCP and the headteacher makes it their goal to provide all students with the confidence and skills for secondary school.
