The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of school-based experience and be able to act as a positive role model for children. You will support pupils with challenging behaviour, helping them regulate emotions, build confidence, and re-engage with learning. Experience working with SEN pupils is preferred but not essential. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, behaviour interventions, and close collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff.
