Commercial Sales Manager 

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Bonus: Annual bonus based on company performance and commission (if applicable)

Pension: Group Scheme

Holidays: 25 days per annum

Additional Benefits: To be confirmed

Location: Hull Hybrid 

JOB ROLE

We're recruiting a Commercial / Sales Manager to drive growth, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for a rapidly developing UK shipping & logistics business.

Grow the UK customer base and secure new business
Manage key accounts and deliver excellent customer service
Handle sales leads, pricing, and commercial opportunities
Lead marketing campaigns and support CRM development
Strong sales/commercial background
Excellent communication skills
Results‑driven, proactive, and confident
Knowledge of shipping/logistics (desirable)REQUIREMENTS 

Proven background in commercial or sales environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results‑driven with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Knowledge of shipping, logistics, tariff structures, and global trade routes.
Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
Time‑sensitive and project management experience.
