Customer Service Order Processor - Temporary 

We are looking for a cheerful and professional Customer Service Order Processor to join our team client in Staines. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love helping customers, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients customers have an exceptional experience. Your daily tasks will include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly demeanour.
Collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions in our system.
Assisting with inventory management and stock queries.
Using JD Edwards to process orders efficiently.
