Deputy Manager - Children's Home - LD & Physical Disabilities £36,600 - £39,600 (including sleep-ins) + L5 Funded + Blue Light Card Woolston, Southampton Area Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced senior or existing Deputy looking to step up in a supportive, values-driven environment? As Deputy Manager, you'll be central to the home: guiding staff, promoting therapeutic and positive behavioural approaches, and ensuring every young person feels safe, understood and valued, no matter how they communicate. You'll also gain the confidence to step up and manage the home when required, working alongside a strong regional support network. What's in it for you?
