Gas Account Manager
Salary: £47,000 + £6,000 Van Allowance

R9 Recruitment is hiring an experienced Account Manager to oversee contract delivery for a leading social housing gas company. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth mobilisation, service delivery, and de-mobilisation across multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage client relationships and contract performance

  * Lead service and admin teams to meet KPIs

  * Monitor budgets, invoicing, and commercial targets

  * Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and complaint resolution

  * Oversee staff development and performance reviews

  * Champion health and safety across all workstreams

What You’ll Need

  * 3+ years in contract/account management

  * ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)

  * IOSH 4-day ‘Working Safely’ Training Certificate, or equivalent

  * Strong commercial and operational awareness

  * Excellent communication and leadership skills

  * Full UK driving licence
