Are you a passionate Humanities Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school in the Cullompton area to recruit an engaging and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to join their team.

About the Role

As a Humanities Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Teaching a combination of subjects such as History, Geography and/or Religious Education
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Contributing to the wider life of the school and department

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Has experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for their specialism
Can engage and motivate students of all abilities
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Is committed, reliable and a collaborative team player
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
