Managing Quantity Surveyor - East Midlands
Managing Quantity Surveyor - a leading building contractor is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across public sector frameworks, education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, and mixed-use sectors from £2m - £25m.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of projects during pre-construction stage
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors of all levels
- Lead procurement strategies and tendering processes
- Ensure compliance with the client and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience mentoring junior members
- Industry related qualification
