Your Mission: As the Branch Administrator, you will be pivotal in providing efficient administrative support. You will: Carry out various administrative tasks that facilitate smooth operations at the worksite. Collaborate with Headquarters in Spain to supply essential information across Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Human Resources. Manage and maintain the company records database accurately. Assist Site and Project Managers by preparing basic reports and conducting research. Ensure that all filing and archiving is conducted for easy retrieval of information. What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should have: Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years in administration, preferably within the construction, engineering industry or similar.Skills: - Exceptional organisation and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus!). - A proactive, punctual, and reliable approach to work. Soft Skills: Strong team player. Meticulous and thorough in all tasks. Ability to work independently and take initiative.Health & Safety Awareness: Understanding of health and safety risks associated with the role.
