Pay: From £90 per day (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)

Long Term Futures is working with a specialist college in Coventry that provides education and care for learners aged 16-25 with autism, physical disabilities, and a wide range of learning difficulties.
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and provide tailored support that helps students gain independence, build confidence, and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Your Role
Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students engage with their studies
Encourage independence in learning as well as in everyday routines
Support differentiated activities to ensure lessons are accessible and inspiring for all
Assist with social, emotional, and communication development
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to deliver joined-up, holistic supportWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting young people with additional needs (post-16 experience an advantage but not essential)
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Confidence in encouraging independence and using positive behaviour strategies
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be welcomed, but transferable experience is equally valuedBenefits of Working with Long Term Futures
