Job Description

Technical Coordinator – High-Rise Residential
A leading residential developer is recruiting a Technical Coordinator to join the delivery team for a landmark high-rise residential project in East London.
Key responsibilites:
  * Coordinate design across architecture, structure and MEP on a high-density, tower-led scheme
  * Manage design information flow with consultants and contractors
  * Review technical drawings and specs
  * Run technical/design meetings and drive resolution of design issues
  * Support risk management, value engineering and technical sign-offs
Requirements:
  * Significant experience in high-rise residential (multiple-tower) developments
  * Detailed understanding of façade systems, tower construction and residential layouts
  * Experience with a developer or main contractor is strongly preferred, or from an architectural practice with solid technical coordination / job-running background
  * Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills
