Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Liaison office to deal with customer complaints.

Property Services at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home whilst carrying out all repairs.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working within the property services function to respond to customer complaints relating to property repairs and maintenance
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Liaison Officer
* Receive, resolve and process inbound complaints, from multiple channels (including web and social media)
* Provide an exceptional service to customers and be able to diagnose repairs where possible
* Provide administration support for agreed tasks
* Draft correspondence to residents
* Undertake complaint investigation and management
* Book in repair appointments
* Adhere to all policies processes and procedures
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent customer service skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to stay calm and re-assure customer who are complaining
* Must work well under pressure, and be able to deliver to tight deadlines
