Customer Service Executive
Location: Portsmouth
Hybrid: Individuals must demonstrate full competence in the role before hybrid working will be offered.
Salary: £26,210, rising to £30,300
Hours: 40 per week, shift rota between 7:45am – 8:15pm
Schedule: Monday to Sunday on a 6 week rota (working every other weekend)

Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate updates, solutions, and support to customers
Prioritise workloads in line with service expectations and deadlines
Liaise with internal teams and third parties to manage enquiries
Complete high volumes of essential administrative tasks
Manage sensitive and challenging conversations with empathy
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures What We’re Looking For...
Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or contact centre work
Confident communication skills — written and verbal
Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
Strong administrative and organisational ability
