We are seeking a dedicated and skilled educator to join a thriving Secondary School in Warwick from January, working full-time on a long-term basis. As a Maths Teacher here, you will play a vital role in helping students develop essential skills including logical reasoning, problem-solving, critical thinking and numerical fluency. Roles and Responsibilities

  * Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils’ well-being following statutory provisions

  * Delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that stretch and support students of all abilities

  * Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel confident to participate and succeed

  * Using effective assessment to track progress, identify gaps and adapt teaching to maximise learning

  * Contributing to curriculum planning, enrichment activities and continuous improvement within the department

  * Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every student

  * Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school’s behaviour policy

Qualifications and Experience:

  * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  * Read the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (2025 document)

  * Proven experience teaching Mathematics at KS3/KS4 level (KS5 is advantageous)

Vetting Checks:

  * Right to Work in the UK (No Limitations)

  * Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (Child/Child & Adult Workforce)

  * Reference checks covering the last 2 years of employment or education
