Responsibilities

Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status.
*
Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally autism, communication needs, SEMH, or developmental delays.
*
Confidence planning for a small class with varying levels of need.
*
Calm, steady approach with an understanding of behaviour linked to communication and regulation.
*
Ability to lead support staff and model consistent strategies.
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
